Before you print verify the image is a suitable size in Print Preview.
To obtain full A4 outputs of these documents it may be necessary
to change the Page Setup and Print Preview specifications.
If required proceed as follows :

Go to: File/Page Setup -specify enlarge 150%
then
Go to: File/Print Preview uncheck headers and footers
